Summer Kitchen

The rustic Summer Kitchen is the perfect outdoor venue for communal celebrations.

The castle’s Summer Kitchen is a rustic outdoor venue that offers a modern take on sumptuous, medieval-style celebration. Its natural stone and wood, paving and village-market style have created a charming location for festivities such as more casual private parties, children’s parties, team building events, corporate get-togethers and themed parties.

Access to the venue via a forest path and its proximity to open grass fields add to its charm and versatility.

The Riverside Castle and its gardens, features and fountains make a beautiful and dramatic backdrop for incredible photographs.

Fairy Woods

A secluded, outside catering venue perfect for small family or corporate functions.

The rustic Fairy Woods was built in the winter of 2020, during the lockdown due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic. Through its development we were able to keep our staff employed, which adds to the venue’s special story.

“My son and I were the first campers here, during the lockdown,” says Jaco. “And I know that many more special family functions and other celebrations will be hosted here in time to come.”

The Fairy Woods offers a perfect place for a magical escape from city life and has become a popular venue for hosting smaller family functions, even more so, due to the convenience of not having to clean up yourself!
